About Us
Local, Dependable Property Care
Reichardt & Murray Property Care LLC is a locally owned exterior property-care and maintenance company serving Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
Our Story
Started by two owners who take pride in every job
Reichardt & Murray Property Care was started by Zymir McCain-Murray and Jacob Reichardt. We wanted to build our own business and provide reliable, quality property-care services to our local community.
We started small and have grown by taking pride in our work and making sure every job is done right — whether it's a one-time cleanup or ongoing maintenance for a portfolio of properties.
What drives us is helping customers improve their properties, seeing the results of our work, and building long-term relationships with our customers. Our goal is simple: show up, do quality work, and leave every property looking better than we found it.
BeforeFrom Overgrown to Orderly
Brush cleared, beds cleaned, and the property left looking better than we found it.
Attention To Detail
The small stuff matters
The details other crews skip are the ones people notice. Even a set of grimy trash totes gets scrubbed out and left clean.
BeforeExterior Tote Cleaning
Grime and buildup washed off the outside, leaving the tote clean and ready to go back out.
BeforeInterior Tote Scrub
The inside gets the same attention — scrubbed, rinsed, and free of residue.
